Docklands Furnishing was founded Susan Bennett in 2007. Susan previously worked in sales and marketing for a leading national house builder and was co-director of a long-established family business commissioning and importing designer furniture from Europe.

Susan says, “I combined my established skills in sales, marketing and bespoke furniture at a time when there was a burgeoning interest in living and working in London's Docklands.

“Since then, public and private investment in the Docklands area has grown tremendously, and we are well placed to meet the needs of investors looking to furnish their property in the area; we truly offer a one-stop shop.

“Yet Docklands Furnishing isn't a one-trick pony: we've also expanded to meet demand in other London housing hotspots, such as Battersea, Wandsworth, Vauxhall, Fulham and Hoxton/Shoreditch. We will continue to offer the best value and quality furniture packages wherever the market takes us.”
